Sheroes Entertainment LLC is teaming up with the City of Thousand Oaks Parks and Recreation Department on Friday October 17, 2014 from 4:30-6PM to encourage children's creativity through art!
Get your ghoul girl or ghastly guy on as we teach your 8-12 year old how to use fearsome face painting techniques to make Halloween scream! FDA approved face paints and cosmetics will be used.
